Our Returns and Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel or return your order:
-You can notify us by email at info@alorahome.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
-Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
-You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please contact on the above email to initiate a return.

 

Exceptions to the above policy include, but are not limited to:
-Where products have been used

-Where products have been damaged after receiving them
-Where products are not in the original packaging and/or have their tags removed
-Where items have been lost or misplaced on return to us, we recommend using a tracked return service
-Where goods have been returned after the allotted amount of time
The provisions of this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
